This year’s Future Workshop explores the past, present, and future of the PhD experience within the Leibniz Association under the theme “The Future is Now.” Our focus is on amplifying your voices, addressing your concerns, and fostering connections through interactive sessions led by working groups.

A key highlight is the panel discussion on Friday, March 28th, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM, where career developers and ombudspersons will discuss strategies to combat power abuse, support mental health, and enhance career prospects for PhD candidates.
